The Condenser Microphone Amplifier Module CM-1A rev.1.2 is a small microphone amplifier board which is an upgraded and optimized version of the Rode NT-1 microphone, widely regarded as one of the best affordable microphones on the market.
The CM1-A is a low noise solution to microphone amplification with immense attention to detail in its design. It has a transformerless JFET impedance converter with unity closed-loop gain and a bipolar output buffer for low level distortion and background noise. Built with only branded SMD components, the CM1-A comes with an XLR connector, two countersunk 5mm screws for installing the microphone on a frame and two 6mm screws for installing a capsule on the holder. Please note: the microphone body, holder and capsule are not included with this product.
The module is suitable for Chinese BM-700 and BM-800 microphone bodies and is powered by 48V phantom power from the XLR. Two compatible capsules are suggested, the 25mm electret and the 34mm condenser capsule, contact the seller if you require more exact instructions!
